Utile was recently awarded the contract for the Boston Redevelopment Authority’s Stuart Street Planning Study. The project will involve analysis of an urban district located between Boston’s Back Bay, South End and Bay Village and recommendations for a zoning update. In addition to a comprehensive consultant team, Utile is joined by financial adviser Yanni Tsipis of Colliers Meredith and Grew and regulatory attorney Donald Wiest of Brennan, Dain, Le Ray & Wiest.

The study will examine potential development opportunities, identify and define height, density and use guidelines, and develop scenarios for future development in the area.
