Silvia Illia-Sheldahl was born and raised in Cordoba, Argentina. Since joining Utile, Silvia has served as project designer for the Mattahunt Elementary School facade renovation, the Provincetown Harbor Hotel, the Minneapolis Riverfront Competition, and the MIT Center for Real Estate. She earned a B.Arch. from Universidad Catolica de Cordoba and a M.Arch. from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Prior to joining Utile, Silvia worked on institutional and health care projects at Rothman Partners Architects,Inc.; multifamily residential and retail and commercial projects at Merge Architects; and single-family residential design at Brian Healy Architects.
