Utile worked closely with Paradigm Properties to upgrade its collection of existing buildings in Concord, MA. Looking to capitalize on the natural appeal of the site, the renovations at Middlesex Green focused on breathing new life into its public spaces and creating connections to the outdoors. Amplified with bright colors and natural textures, the new restaurant and lobbies of Buildings 4 and 5 act as precedent for future projects on campus.
