121 Main Street in Brockton receives affordable housing funding

Utile is working with NeighborWorks Southern Mass on a new 48-unit mixed-use affordable housing development at 121 Main Street in downtown Brockton, MA. The project is one of nineteen this year to receive funding through a statewide $57M subsidy allocation by the Baker-Polito Administration to support affordable housing development across Massachusetts. You can read more about the affordable housing initiative and the list of this year’s funding recipients here.

Utile and NeighborWorks’ transit-oriented development includes 30 units reserved for households earning less than 60% of AMI and 18 units restricted for households earning less than 110% of AMI.
