Matthew Littell on climate resilience at TEDx Boston College

Utile Principal Matthew Littell gave a TEDx talk on climate resilience and sustainability recently at Boston College.  His talk focused on how cities and buildings will adapt to rising water in the future, and presented clever precedents that have succeeded at enhancing the urban fabric and walkability through their adaptability, rather than in spite of it.  Some of these ideas are currently being explored through our ongoing work on the City of Boston’s Coastal Flood Resilience Design Guidelines and Zoning Overlay District and Coastal Resilience Solutions for Dorchester as part of Climate Ready Boston.
