Vision Haverhill 2035 kicks off with community meeting
Utile and the City of Haverhill have kicked off the first master planning effort in 15 years for the historic city in the Merrimack Valley. Along with Mayor James Firoentini, Utilians Tim Love, John McCartin, Will Cohen, and Kayla Murgo began the plan’s public outreach campaign with a listening workshop on Wednesday, 5/29 that engaged residents in a conversation about the plan’s process and goals and how it will guide the city’s progress for the next 15 years. The first meeting was well attended by over 85 residents who filled dozens of poster boards with their thoughts and goals for the future of the city based on prompts, maps, and data analysis produced by the Utile team.
