About Emily:
Emily is joining Utile as a Fall 2026 Co-op. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in architecture at the University of Cincinnati. She was drawn to a career in architecture from a young age, when her natural creativity and love for making and designing sparked her interest in pursuing a creative career.
Prior to joining Utile, Emily completed an internship at American Structurepoint in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana, where she examined design precedents, contributed to program testing and spatial research, and developed architectural models to explore design iterations. This past spring, she also completed a co-op at TMP in Nashville, Tennessee, where she gained experience working on healthcare projects and contributed to design development, documentation, and visualization.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys staying active, reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
