Karen is a dedicated accounting professional with a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) and more than 20 years of experience, primarily in the AEC industry. As Director of Finance, she brings deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, internal controls, and team leadership, and is known for building strong partnerships across all levels of an organization.
Throughout her career, Karen has focused on creating efficient processes, developing talented teams, and providing the strategic financial guidance that supports long-term growth. Colleagues know her for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex financial challenges with confidence and professionalism.
Karen has always lived in the Boston area, where she resides with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and cultures, and values time spent with family — whether making new memories abroad or savoring everyday moments at home.
