1055 Cambridge

Utile is the architect for 1055 Cambridge, an eighteen-unit condominium building east of Inman Square in Cambridge, MA. The project provides for a new four-story residential building with ground floor retail space. The three levels of residences include a mix of flats and unique duplex units that provide frontage for a majority of homes onto either Cambridge Street or Webster Avenue. A ground floor public patio, a large second floor amenity deck, and multiple units with private outdoor terraces provide ample open and green space. With concealed parking, generous bike storage, and transit incentives the project will be a welcome addition to Cambridge’s urban fabric.
