Congratulations to Utilians Associate Alexander Davis, AIA and Rachelle Ain, AIA for becoming Utile’s newest Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHC) through the Passive House Institute US (PHIUS)! Alexander and Rachelle join Utile’s Director of Sustainable Design, Jeff Geisinger, AIA, and Associate Principal, Nick Buehrens, AIA, as CPHCs with this accomplishment. 

PHIUS’ mission is to inspire the inception of durable, resilient, comfortable, healthy, and super energy efficient structures. The valuable knowledge provided by Utile’s excellent Passive House team will support the firm’s AIA 2030 Commitment and other office-wide sustainability initiatives.
