Utile’s recently-completed MetroMark Apartments for The Brennan Group and John M. Corcoran Company has been awarded LEED Gold, one of the highest levels of sustainability certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The 283-unit mixed-use development in Jamaica Plain was designed to maximize energy efficiency and create a healthy environment for its tenants.
