We’re thrilled to share that Montaña Urbana Homes (formerly 3371 Washington Street) in Jamaica Plain has achieved Phius CORE 2021 certification!

Certification from Phius recognizes that the building, providing 39 units of affordable housing for older adults in JP, meets rigorous standards of energy efficiency and air quality, which is especially important to the project’s residents and community.

This certification speaks not only to the work of our team and our client, JPDNC, but more importantly, to our values as a firm. We are proud to be pursuing full passive building certification for every affordable housing project in design and construction.

Additional thanks to our partners at New Atlantic and Bald Hill Builders for making this sustainable and affordable project a reality.
