We are thrilled to share that Portland Front Street Phase I in the Affordable Housing category was selected a Winner in this year’s 12th Annual People’s Choice @architizer A+Awards!

Building from a strategic plan designed to double the housing stock held by the Portland Housing Authority, Front Street Phase 1 creates 60 new units of family-focused housing. The project includes many three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes, specifically designed to address the needs of the area’s large population of multigenerational families who have immigrated to the area in recent years, within a site plan that stitches the community into the surrounding neighborhood and is organized around beautiful family-focused open and community spaces.
