The Harvard Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) project continues to move forward, with the recent filing of development partner Tishman Speyer’s project notification form (PNF) with the Boston Planning and Development Agency. The PNF details proposed massing and building configurations in this first of two phases of construction on the 14-acre campus in Allston. After the required community and Boston regulatory review processes, an additional million square feet of new facilities including office/lab towers, residential buildings, and a parking garage are proposed, along with a four-season public realm.

The project design is co-led by architecture and urban design firms Henning Larsen and Studio Gang, with landscape design by SCAPE and urban planning and local advisory by Utile.
