We’re proud to share that Walnut Apartments Phase 1, a redevelopment for the Brookline Housing Authority in Brookline Village, has achieved Phius Design Certification!

Walnut Apartments is a multi-phase redevelopment that will be 100% affordable, all-electric, healthy, and resilient. Phase 1 brings high-performance design to housing steps from transit, with Phase 2 to follow.

This certification is a testament to Utile’s continued leadership in high-performance, sustainable design.
