Vermont Public recently covered Vermont’s new “802 Homes” program, the first statewide catalog of pre-vetted home designs aimed at expanding missing-middle housing and streamlining local permitting. Utile is leading the design and public engagement effort, which builds on the Vermont Homes For All Toolkit, published in 2024.
