Vision Haverhill 2035 is complete! Utile’s citywide plan for the City of Haverhill, MA was an eight-month master planning process that integrated extensive input from the community and a dedicated advisory committee . The plan ultimately offers three scenarios to attract new development while maintaining a balance of town and country embraced by its residents: increased density and height in the city’s industrial areas, modified regulations along the waterfront and downtown, and the creation of “village cluster” nodes across the outerlying areas of the community.

Steve Adams of Banker & Tradesman dives into the future development plans resulting from Vision Haverhill 2035 in Haverhill Seeks to Tap Industrial Growth, with a specific focus on new opportunities along the I-495 corridor.
