Downeast Cider Production Facility

Utile completed the design and construction of a new 18,900 square foot production facility for Downeast Cider, a local craft beverage producer. The renovation of a former ship-building space on the East Boston waterfront  includes a full production line with brewing, canning, packaging, and shipping areas, as well as offices and lab space. Utile worked closely with the client’s internal team and our consulting engineers to meet the infrastructural and spatial requirements of the fit-out, allowing a previously unused building to serve as the dynamic new home for a growing business.
