Principal Tim Love, a tenured Associate Professor at Northeastern University’s School of Architecture, worked with his Master’s Research Studio graduate students to develop Beacon Yards: DeNovo Urbanism, a proposed master plan for the reuse of a 60-acre former rail yard in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. The plan envisions a mixed-use district centered around transportation and connectivity, utilizing land owned by MassDOT, Harvard University, and Boston University.
