The sun is shining on our 1005 Broadway project as it is now officially Phius Certified and was recently featured in the Phius newsletter, which highlighted project manager Alex Davis and Director of Sustainable Design Jeff Geisinger as the two Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHCs) responsible for helping the project meet such a high standard of sustainability!

A huge congrats to the entire project team on achieving this final milestone in the passive house certification process! Affordable housing projects like this one represent our design vision for a more sustainable, equitable world.
