Construction has begun at 22-26 West Broadway, a 46,000-square-foot, six-story, mixed-use development in South Boston. 22-26 West Broadway is located across from the Broadway stop on the MBTA red line. This transit-oriented development is being developed by Evergreen Property Group and built by Sea-Dar Construction.
