22-26 West Broadway

22-26 West Broadway was one of three projects featured in a recent Boston Herald article by Paul Restuccia, “Boutique Buildings Fill Hub Niche with Distinction.” The writer thinks the mini-tower complex in Southie “looks like it was designed for a European city.” Michael Leblanc, Utile’s principal-in-charge, theorizes that there is a pent-up demand for high-end design in smaller buildings: “With a thoughtful use of space and materials and attention to design, you can provide a great residential experience without a lot of added cost.” The article also mentions another of Utile’s nearby housing projects, the First + First condominium development, which received LEED Gold certification in the fall.
