Utile and Evergreen Property Group recently submitted a proposal to the Boston Redevelopment Authority for a six-story mixed-use building at 22-26 West Broadway, directly across from the Broadway T stop in South Boston. The building will be primarily residential (31 units) with two retail tenants (3,700 square feet) at the base.
