We are proud to announce that our 1200 Montello project is officially Phius Design Certified! This important milestone demonstrates the project’s commitment to meeting the most stringent energy conservation standards. The 94-unit, all-electric building will provide much needed transit-oriented housing to the city of Brockton.

The next step for the project is to undergo third-party quality assurance inspection, and once the results of the inspections are approved by Phius, the project will earn Phius Certification. Onward towards full certification!
