Climate Justice in the Built Environment: Virtual Public Lecture with New Frameworks

Join us via Zoom this Thursday for a virtual public lecture with Burlington, VT-based firm New Frameworks! In this presentation, representatives from New Frameworks will discuss their work in developing climate justice solutions in the built environment. Their most recent work in developing farmworker housing solutions in Vermont connects policy, sustainable design, pre-manufactured building components, regionally-sourced biogenic materials for carbon storage, cooperative business development, and the application of JEDI principles in action. Join us for an exploration of the success and challenges discovered thus far and discussion on how to make the built environment a more just space for professionals and end users alike.
