Lynn Revised Waterfront Master Plan process highlighted

Utile revealed the framework for an updated Lynn Waterfront Master Plan last evening at the Lynn Museum to members of the public and city government. The plan would progressively transform 300 acres along Lynn’s waterfront from underused industrial space into a new mixed use and open space zone, with public access to a cleaned up waterfront and new park land. This will be achieved through a framework for development that is flexible enough to encourage development and growth, while also ensuring the prioritization of public access and green space.

You can read more about the meeting in writer Gayla Cawley’s article, Lynn Waterfront Master Plan laid out in detail, in Lynn’s local publication, The Daily Item.
