Construction continues at 1500 Main Street in Weymouth, Utile’s new transit-oriented development with JM Corcoran & Co and contractor Plumb House. This mixed-use project will include three buildings that house 237 apartments, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and ground floor retail. Steel, concrete and wood framing are all progressing concurrently to meet the ambitious construction schedule. Building one is on track to be occupied in Summer 2020, with project completion in Summer 2021.
