Boston Indicators commissioned the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard and Utile to produce Legalizing Mid-Rise Single-Stair Housing in Massachusetts: A Report on the Impact of Allowing Mid- Rise Point Access Blocks on Housing Design and Development in Greater Boston and Beyond. Utile co-authors Sam Naylor and Tim Love discussed key findings at the report release event in October 2024.
