Utile and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA) have been working with the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, the City Planning and Development Department, Eastern Market Corporation, and The Nature Conservancy on the Eastern Market Neighborhood Framework & Centralized Stormwater Management Master Plan.
