Utile is assisting the City of Everett in the redesign of Everett Square, with the goal of making the square a more vibrant, walkable destination. The plan calls for reshaping the downtown area to create larger open spaces and wider sidewalks, while updating zoning to encourage mixed-use development and economic growth.
