Utile kicked off Detroit’s Eastern Market Implementation Plan with a site tour of the historic food production district. Working with the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, the Detroit Planning and Development Department, Eastern Market Corporation, and The Nature Conservancy, the team will develop a comprehensive framework plan for the greater Eastern Market.
