Utile's 25 Sixth Street receives affordable housing funding

Utile’s 25 Sixth Street in Chelsea, MA with The Neighborhood Developers is among 28 projects statewide to receive affordable housing funding. The Baker-Polito Administration’s $139M subsidy allocation will support affordable housing development across Massachusetts, creating 1,526 new housing units.

Utile’s 100% affordable, transit-oriented 25 Sixth Street includes 62 units, designed to the PHIUS+ 2018 Passive House standard.
