We’re thrilled to have several Utilians participating in the virtual ABX20!

Utile Principal Matthew Littell and Director of Sustainable Design Jeff Geisinger are participating in the live session Beyond Code: Resilient Zoning, Design Guidelines, and Specs on Wednesday December 2nd at 10-11:30am. They are joined by Tom Chase, Senior Project Manager of New Ecology, and Bella Purdy, Climate Resiliency Planner of Kleinfelder, to discuss how leading municipalities and state agencies are integrating resilience in their zoning, design guidelines, and standard specifications to address climate change risks for buildings, their occupants, and neighborhoods.

For the on-demand session A Decision-Making Toolkit for Passive Affordable Housing, Utile Associate Principal Nick Buehrens joins Jeff Geisinger and James Petersen, Principal of Petersen Engineering, to explore a unique toolkit approach to guide affordable housing design teams toward informed, cost-effective decisions for Passive House design.
