Quarry Hills Apartments Clubhouse
Description
Equity Residential selected Utile for the interior renovation of a 5000 SF early 2000’s Clubhouse where the existing finishes best resembled an “Old Boys Country Club”—heavy with wood accents and dark draperies throughout the space. Utile was charged with modernizing the space in order to make the clubhouse a competitive asset with the addition of new housing supply in the surrounding area.
The design reconfigured the existing spaces to allow for a stronger indoor/outdoor connection in the clubroom & included a new outdoor deck overlooking the existing pool. The scope of work also included a private coworking space, an enlarged package room, a modernized lobby, and a general FFE design & refresh in the existing fitness center.
Overall, the new design sets the tone for the property as youthful but not gimmicky, luxurious but comfortable. Through a careful curation of finishes, Utile was able to create the light & bright interior that was central to the client’s vision for a more modern space.
