Utile’s latest project with New Atlantic Development, 600 Harrison Avenue, is now under construction. The 240,000 square foot, mixed-use complex in Boston’s South End will house 160 apartments with multiple amenities and 3,600 square feet of ground floor retail space. Construction will be complete in 2016.
