Construction begins at Sycamore on Main in Brockton

Utile’s latest project with non-profit developer NeighborWorks Housing Solutions is now under construction! Demolition and excavation has begun and foundations will be poured in the coming weeks. Sycamore on Main at 121 Main Street in Brockton, MA will house 48 mixed-income rental units, a below-grade parking garage, and ground floor commercial space.
