In a December 14th article in the Boston Herald’s real estate section, Utile’s E+ houses in the Woodbourne section of Jamaica Plain were featured. Reporter Paul Restuccia writes that the project proves that houses “can be designed to be both completely energy independent and stylish without costing a huge amount more to build.” Restuccia also provides facts about the cost and amenities too. “The three-story townhouses on Catherine Street are on the market for $595,000 each. They feature high-end white kitchens, tiled bathrooms, 8-foot doors throughout and third-floor master bedroom suites with cathedral ceilings and a skylight.”
