The Guild at 154 Broadway in Somerville, MA is officially Phius Certified, after the recent completion of its all-electric, mass timber building.
10 Sunnyside, an affordable housing development in Arlington, MA, is now Phius Design Certified and will start construction later this year.
Earning these certifications means these projects are designed and tested to provide exceptional levels of comfort, efficiency, resilience and durability. Both are contributing much needed healthy homes to their communities in the process.
