Utile, as part of the Blackstone Market team, recently submitted a proposal for MassDOT’s Parcel 9 in Boston’s Market District. The development team is led by Cresset Group, developers of Liberty Wharf in Boston’s Seaport District, and DeNormandie Companies, owner of many of the historic properties on the Blackstone Block. Utile and Sy Mintz are lead architects for the project.
