Mio at 1500 Main Street from above

We love seeing our projects from a new perspective! Matt Mulligan of Hawk Visuals snapped these drone views of Mio at 1500 Main Street in Weymouth, MA, Utile’s new transit-oriented development with JM Corcoran & Co and contractor Plumb House. This mixed-use project will include three buildings that house 237 apartments, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and ground floor retail. If you look closely, you might even see the project team’s Mastlight development in the horizon!
