Today is Energy Efficiency Day Building, which is a great time to sign up and pledge to save money, cut carbon, and breathe easier by reducing your energy consumption.

Building construction and operations accounts for nearly 40% of global carbon emissions, which is why Utile has signed on to the AIA 2030 Commitment, aiming to achieve carbon-neutral construction by 2030. Our Sustainability Action Plan was created as part of the Commitment, and documents our ongoing and future efforts to ensure that our work and practice are as sustainable, equitable, and impactful as possible. Our Plan is available below – keep an eye out for updates on how we’re following through and making our projects more sustainable every day!
